Proxitane® products can be used to provide high level disinfection / sterilisation. Proxitane® products can be used for decontamination of infectious pathogens. Peracetic acid is a known virucide and complies with WHO guidelines for SARS (severe acute respiratory syndrome) : 'Surfaces should be cleaned with boad spectrum disinfectants of proven viral activity' - WHO 28 March 2003.
